SummerHill Homes Donates 600 Hard Hats

HomeAid would like to thank SummerHill Homes for their generous doantion of 600 Hard Hats.  We were able to connect this incredible donation to the California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF) to provide this important Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to CHF’s Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA) program.

BITA is a four-year high school construction education curriculum designed to build awareness of the various career options in construction and provide students the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to pursue a career in the building industry.  The program provides a confident and qualified workforce to meet our industry demand, offset worker retirement, and avoid labor shortages. BITA enhances the public perception of the building industry, all of our diverse career opportunities, and hardworking employees.
