Each year STAND! serves thousands of families fleeing domestic violence through a spectrum of intervention services offered at no cost to the survivor as well as robust teen prevention and violence recovery programs with your support. Due to critical cuts in state and federal funding we are supporting their Rebuilding Lives Event, September 19, 2024, 5:30-8pm at the Side Gate Brewery in Concord.

HomeAid is excited to partner with our Builder Captain the Pulte Group on the construction on our newest micro-home village in partnership with Firm Foundation Community Housing  for the care provider Hope Solutions. 

STAND! serves all members of the family in constant effort to END all relationship violence which means continually exploring additional strategies and developing bold ideas to keep us hopeful that change is possible and today we are inviting your partnership to support STAND!’s services in Contra Costa County.

San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan announced a plan for the city’s homeless residents which includes; temporary housing, encampment clearings, and plans to reunite people with their families out of town. San Jose’s 2024-25 budget is doing better than expected, due to improvements in the local economy and saving almost $19 million of last year’s surplus in anticipation of a deficit this year – providing potential funding to support the proposed measures.

HomeAid Visits The TERI Campus of Life

HomeAid Northern California along with several other affiliates visited the TERi Campus Of Life a groundbreaking facility dedicated to serving individuals with special needs. Our affiliate, HomeAid San Diego, played a pivotal role in developing this transformative project, which provides career training and experiences for 900 adults with developmental disabilities and their families.

HomeAid Northern California supported a fundraiser the new Tri-Valley Haven campus in Livermore. Tri-Valley Haven is a vital community organization that serves adults and children who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, or homelessness in the Tri-Valley area. They create a safe place for individuals who need to heal and to be protected before moving forward.
