HomeAid has Exceptional Year in 2023 – thanks to the Building Industry!

HomeAid would like to thank the BIA Bay Area and their Members and Councils and Committees for an amazing year supporting HomeAid Northern California!  While we did not complete a new construction project in 2023, we were very active processing project entitlements, which will allow HomeAid to complete 3-4 projects in 2024 and 2-3 projects in 2025.

We had our most successful Trapshoot to date with approximately 650 participants, thank you to Wendi Zubillaga and her amazing team for a wonderful event!  With the support of BIA members HomeAid successfully completed 5 construction Care Projects, receiving $14,615 in-kind labor and $3,000 of in-kind materials.  The BIA Councils and Committees helped us complete 6 Care Drives to support HomeAid’s Bay Area Care Providers receive; blankets, essentials for mothers and children, school supplies, winter clothing, and holiday toys to brighten the lives of the community we serve. These efforts resulted in $144,679 of in-kind materials and $1,956 of in-kind labor.

If you or your company would like to get involved in the HomeAid Project or Day of Service please contact Crisand Giles for additional information.
